Sofia Huerta is a professional soccer player born on December 14th, 1992, in Boise, Idaho. She began playing soccer for Santa Clara University, where she became the WCC Player of the Year and an All-American honoree. In 2015, Huerta was drafted by the Chicago Red Stars, where she played for three seasons before being traded to the Houston Dash. Huerta has also represented the United States at the international level, playing for the U-23 and senior national teams. Her offensive skills and versatility on the field have made her a valuable player, and her dedication to the sport is evident in her impressive performances on the field and her charity off the field.
