New England revolution x inter miami
This game had New England written all over it. New England did not waste any time getting on the scoresheet as Midfielder Damian Rivera scored his first MLS goal in the first minute of the game. It was his first-ever MLS start. After a foul was committed by Inter Miami in the 29th minute, the Revolution had an opportunity to go up 2-0 nothing but after a free-kick that was headed by Henry Kessler that went to the right of the net, the score stood at 1-0. The Revolution would complete the first half by having two amazing shots on goal, one in the 41st minute by Midfielder Sabastian Lletget and the other one in the 47th minute by Matt Polster, but Miami goalkeeper Marsman made some spectacular saves.
The second half was a disaster for Inter Miami losing two plays due to red cards. Defender Damion Lowe was ejected in the 60th minute while Jairo Quinteros was ejected in the 76th minute. The Revs continued their firing away of their shots eventually scoring the second goal of the game in the 64th minute by the likes of Adam Buksa.
