philadelphia union x cf montreal

CF Montréal drew 1-1 with the Philadelphia Union at Subaru Park on Saturday afternoon after Kei Kamara scored a second-half equalizer. When Kamal Miller brought Julian Carranza down inside the area, the Union were awarded a penalty kick. In the 21st minute, Carranza took a penalty kick and scored the game's first goal. In the 59th minute, Montréal equalized when Romell Quioto fired a cross pass from the right side to Kamara, who tapped it in. With his 132nd MLS goal, Kamara is only one goal away from tying Jaime Moreno's tally of 133 for fourth all-time in the league.

CF Montréal will be ecstatic to gain another win away from home. Montréal is now undefeated in their previous four away games after losing their first MLS road game 4-1 against NYCFC. Following Kamara's impact off the bench, Philadelphia sees the game as a two-point loss. Despite the loss, the Union have won all five games at Subaru Park to start the regular season.
