Inter Miami x FC Barcelona
Barcelona defeated Miami in this meeting 6-0, completely dominating them. With the ball in their possession for more than half the game, Barcelona dominated. Miami only had one shot, but Barcelona also had 23 shots. Eight of the 23 shots were on target. Miami had zero attempts at goal.
Barcelona's first three goals all came in the first half. In the 18th minute, following three passes, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored for the right side to get things going. Franck Kesslie began it by passing it directly to Raphinha, who then transferred it to Pedri. Aubameyang was eventually located for the goal by Raphina after Pedri turned aside and handed it back to him. Raphinha scored six minutes later after crossing for Alex Balde. Ansu Fati scored goal number three in the 41st minute after winning a battle for the ball in the middle of the field.
Both sides changed up their lineups at the start of the second half. Only seven players were substituted by Phil Neville, compared to all eleven by Xavi. Miami had at least four players from the beginning of the game, while Barcelona had a brand-new roster on the field. Despite this, Miami was unable to get the game going. Barceno added three more goals in the second half to continue the scoring. The opening goal was scored by Gavi in the 55th minute after a Memphis Depay corner kick. In response, Depay scored in the 69th minute after using his moves to get the defender to flinch and give himself a clear shot at the goal. Ousmane Dembélé concluded Barcelona's impressive performance in the 70th minute, with a goal. Sergi Roberto provided assistance for his goal. The goalie stood still as Dembélé's goal was scored since he made no attempt to stop it or even breach the goal line.
