New England Revolution and Cincinnati FC face each other in an Open Cup game Round of 32. This game was all Revolution, most notably Carles Gil and Adam Buska who made a combined five goals 

 FC Cincinnati started things off with a goal in the 12th minute by winger Álvaro Barreal. That was the only goal they would have.  New England was awarded a PK in the 34th minute in which Carles Gil scored. Three minutes later, Gil scored another goal and this time he scored from about 25 yards out. Two minutes after halftime, Adam Buska scored for the Revolution. Carles Gil completed his hat trick in the 54th minute. Adam Buska scored his second goal in the 57th minute.
